By downloading, installing, or using Glowix ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Glowix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use on macOS devices you own or control. You may not:
Instantly prevent display sleep from the menu bar
5m, 10m, 15m, 20m, 30m, 1h, 2h, or Never
Auto-disables below 20% battery
Pro features are available as a one-time in-app purchase of $2.99 USD and include:
Auto-activate when Zoom, Keynote, Figma, or any app runs
Custom days and hours (e.g., Mon–Fri 9–6)
Auto-enables when any fullscreen app is detected
Custom threshold (5–95%), charger triggers, notifications
Sun, Eye, Bolt, or Flame in your menu bar
Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by Apple's policies or applicable law. Pro features are linked to your Apple ID.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUSHANTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve the App, and to discontinue it with reasonable notice. Users who have made a one-time purchase will retain access to purchased features for as long as the App is available.
All content, features, and functionality of Glowix are the exclusive property of Sushanth, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. Provisions relating to liability limits and intellectual property survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
