Glowix ("the App") is a macOS menu bar application developed by Sushanth. This Privacy Policy describes what data the App does and does not collect.

Keep Awake Toggle - Uses macOS APIs to prevent display sleep. No data is recorded or transmitted.
Auto-Off Timer - A local countdown timer running entirely in memory on your Mac.
Battery Protection - Reads your Mac's battery level locally. Never stored or sent anywhere.
App Rules (Pro) - Monitors running app names on your device. Never leaves your Mac.
Work Hours Schedule (Pro) - Saved in macOS UserDefaults locally. Not sent to external servers.
Presentation Mode (Pro) - Detects fullscreen apps using macOS window APIs. All processing is local.
Smart Battery (Pro) - Custom thresholds and charger detection happen locally.
Custom Icons (Pro) - Icon preference stored in local UserDefaults.
Glowix may request Accessibility permission to monitor running applications for the App Rules feature. This is used only locally and does not enable any data collection or transmission.
Glowix integrates with no third-party analytics, advertising, or cloud platforms. The only external service is Apple's App Store and StoreKit for the Pro upgrade. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
The Glowix Pro upgrade ($2.99 one-time) is processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We never see or store your payment information.
Glowix does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Since we collect no data at all, the app is safe for all ages.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or applicable law. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date.
