These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vianta app for macOS and Android. By downloading or using Vianta, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vianta on devices you own or control, for your own personal use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
You agree to use Vianta only for lawful purposes and only to transfer or sync content you own or have the right to handle. You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it to infringe anyone's rights.
File transfer between your devices is free. Vianta Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features (Universal Clipboard, Notification Mirroring, Screenshot Sync, Share Text & Links, and the menu-bar battery/storage glance). Feature availability may change over time.
Vianta Pro is billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Vianta transfers content directly between your own devices. We do not access, store, or claim any rights to the files or content you transfer. You are solely responsible for the content you move through the app.
Vianta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Always keep your own backups of important files.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
