How do I open SnapDeck HQ?
SnapDeck HQ lives in your menu bar. Click the menu bar icon or use your configured global hotkey to open the command palette from any app, instantly.
How do I browse by category?
Type the category name in the search bar — apps, clipboard, files, web, or ai — or tap any category tile on the home screen to jump straight to it.
What are Pro features?
Pro unlocks AI-powered actions like Summarize, OCR (extract text from images), and advanced file tools. Try everything free, then unlock Pro with a one-time purchase inside the app.
Why does SnapDeck HQ need Accessibility access?
SnapDeck HQ uses Accessibility to detect which app is currently in focus so it can offer context-aware commands. No screen content is ever read, stored, or transmitted.
Does SnapDeck HQ send data to the internet?
Only when you explicitly trigger an AI command — those requests go to the AI provider you've configured. Web search opens your default browser. Everything else runs entirely on-device.
How do I reset SnapDeck HQ to defaults?
Open Settings inside SnapDeck HQ and scroll to the bottom. You'll find a Reset option that clears your preferences and command usage history.
